Store Policies

 RETURN POLICY                   

We strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by providing top quality products at reasonable prices. We realize, however, that sometimes an item is not exactly what you expected. We ask that you comply with the following guidelines when returning an item for replacement or refund.

1. Please notify us through e-mail at  walk1110@aol.com  before shipping. Items must be returned and received by us within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and be in its original packaging with shipping receipt enclosed.

3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once package is received you will be informed by e-mail and your credit card will be promptly refunded the purchase price less shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

Every product you buy must be free of defects or you may return it immediately for a refund or replacement. To obtain a refund or replacement of merchandise that arrived damaged or is genuinely defective please e-mail us at  walk1110@aol.com  within 7 days of receipt of package. Include detailed information stating condition of the merchandise received and indicate whether a replacement or refund is preferred. You will be provided with a required Authorization Number and return instructions.

 

INVENTORY POLICY

In rare instances, inventory may be depleted before your order is completely processed. We do our best to keep inventory at a high level but sometimes, especially with our more popular items, we may run into an Out of Stock situation. If the item you ordered is found to be currently unavailable you will be notified right away through e-mail and a full refund will be processed to your credit card. At your request, we will notify you of the next expected shipment date for that particular item.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

 We currently ship ONLY within the continental U.S.(48 states).
Please expect delivery 7 - 12 business days after payment. 

UPS tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available.
